1. Scope
This policy applies to paid services offered through Holisticcrclean, including ticketed special events, premium route guides, and workshop registrations. Standard membership and free group walks are not covered by this policy.
2. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), paid services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, be fit for purpose, and match their description. If we fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy including refund, replacement, or compensation. Nothing in this policy limits your CGA rights.
3. Cancellation by You
- Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the event
- 50% refund if cancelled between 3 and 6 days before the event
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the event start

4. Cancellation by Us
If we cancel due to severe weather, low registrations, or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund within 10 business days or may transfer your registration to a future event.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. GST-inclusive amounts are refunded where applicable.
6. Digital Products
Digital route guides may be refunded within 14 days if not downloaded. Downloaded digital products are non-refundable unless defective under the CGA.
7. Disputes
Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand for claims within its jurisdiction, or to the Commerce Commission for Fair Trading Act matters.
